Can a User apply for the refund on the cancellation on Order?

I want to cancel order & send back so i will received my payment back?

Payam Islamic Cultural Center & website payam.net.pk has a strict refund policy. We do not offer refunds on any of the products we sell. All product descriptions are available for customers to review prior to making a purchase, and customers should ensure that the product they wish to buy is suitable for their needs before placing an order. If customers have any questions or concerns about a product they should contact us before making a purchase. If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, customers should contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

Why am I not receiving OTP in my email?

here could be many possible reasons for not receiving OTP,

• Check your internet connection properly
• Check whether you have entered your email properly or not.
• Please ensure you are connected to internet.
• Make sure that the given email is already registered or not.

How to change the profile picture of the account?

In the menu section of the respective account, go to “edit profile” option, in there you will see “upload photo”, choose a photo from your gallery and add it to your profile.

How to change my account password?

In the menu section of your account search for “Change Password” option, enter your old password and then enter your new password successfully.

My profile dashboard is not working properly, how to fix it?

Please restart the app/website or log in again to your profile, if the problem still persists then give a call to customer help number.

What if a user forgets their password?

If a member of the user has forgot their password then they can click on “Forgot Password” button given just below of login page.
